More than 724,000 professional sellers in the U.S. use eBay as a primary or secondary source of income, and another 1.5 million people sell on eBay to supplement their incomes. Over the last seven years, eBay has depended on RepEquity to engage these users via digital marketing and social media to turn them into advocates to confront increasing government regulation of e-commerce and support key legislation on Capitol Hill.

As part of these efforts, RepEquity recommended that eBay redesign the eBay Main Street website – a community of 310,000+ buyers, sellers and PayPal merchants – to aggregate global content, provide an “Action Center” and be a single website for eBay Inc.’s global government relations team.
