Online Reputation Management (ORM) is the practice of maintaining your personal or corporate image online. A reputation that took years to build can be unfairly characterized, misrepresented and even destroyed by one article or a few negative search rankings. ORM is a set of methods for generating a distinguished, well-maintained presence on the Internet. That presence is reflected in any kind of content that refers to the person or brand, including news, participation in blogs and forums, personal web sites, social media presence, pictures, video, etc.

One aspect of the ORM process has to do with improving the quantity and quality of traffic to sites that have content related to a person or company. In that aspect, ORM is a part of another discipline called Search Engine Optimization - the central difference being that SEO focuses on a broader picture. The objective in ORM is not to place one website highly among searches for a competitive keyword, but to dominate rankings with positive content when someone searches for a specific individual or company name.

Our approach takes into consideration long term reputation goals. This means building a solid online reputation that presents a well-rounded portrayal of the individual or company - including their business strengths, industry relationships, financial stories, philanthropy, and more.
