Tripp Donnelly
Founder & CEO
Tripp Donnelly has served in several communications and marketing capacities from the White House to Wall Street. A seasoned public and investor relations executive, Mr. Donnelly combines agency experience at Hill & Knowlton and MWW Group, and his own companies, Potomac Interactive Partners and Erinmoor Group, with several years as inside counsel for public and private companies, structuring and managing corporate and crisis communications programs.
Prior to founding RepEquity and the Erinmoor Group, Tripp Donnelly served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at InPhonic (now Simplexity), a NASDAQ publicly-traded technology company based in Washington, D.C. before and during its private restructuring and acquisition. In this role, he directed public, investor and media relations, and strategic development activities. As a founding employee, Mr. Donnelly played critical roles throughout the company’s evolution, having been involved with private financing rounds, acquisitions, divestitures, and initial public offering. Mr. Donnelly served as corporate spokesman, representing the company broadly before the general media and Wall Street. Among many awards in its history, InPhonic was named #1 on the INC. 500 as the fastest growing company in America.
Through the company Potomac Interactive Partners which he co-founded in 2003, he has developed and managed several successful, search-focused online marketing and fundraising programs for the DNC and other organizations. He is considered a specialist at bridging online and traditional marketing and media programs. Earlier in his career from 1995-1998, Mr. Donnelly served at the White House in several roles in communications, legislative affairs and presidential advance. Most notably, he served as Director of Congressional Services, where he acted as a liaison between the White House, Congress and federal agencies in advancing the President’s initiatives. From 1996 to 2000, he advanced and coordinated several Presidential events across the United States and abroad.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee and the D.C. Coalition for Capital.
He holds degrees from Georgetown University and the London School of Economics. He is a native of Washington, D.C. where he also resides.
